My paintings explore visual nuances of tranquil compositions, illustrating the whimsical and contemplative quality of short and elusive moments. The colors I use are paramount in achieving the desired harmony between the image and emotion. My paintings depict rare moments of stillness and beauty. My work has its own language, mostly understood and shared, providing another reason for me to keep painting.

A dozen of them are nocturnal scenes with nudes, birds and cats in diverse settings. I included early landscapes completed in the 80's as well as some quick sketches and whimsical drawings from the same period.
